This bill requires all new members to have a 2 week trial period (if they are someone we don't know) if they are interested in joining. (A Death Muffin initiate.) This bill also requires that before mod powers are given, a member must be nominated and voted in by Deathmuffin members (voted in to being a mod, not a member). This may help prevent unwanted members from fucking everything up. You have 10 days to vote. After that, the votes are closed by the forum automatically.
